Hot Asian Slaw


HOT ASIAN SLAW
(Phase 1 Recipe)

INGREDIENTS:


10 oz bag of Cabbage
4-5 Green Onions (minced)
2 stalks Celery (chopped thin)
½ cup Red Pepper (chopped)
2-3 Tbsp Soy Sauce (Low Sodium)
Tabasco Sauce (to taste)
Salt
Pepper
½ tsp Garlic Powder
¼-1/2 tsp Wasabi
Olive Oil



DIRECTIONS:
1)    Put olive oil and chopped garlic in a sauté pan over medium heat.
2)    Throw the entire bag of cabbage in pan using tongs or a spatula to coat it with the oil in the pan...
3)    Add onions celery and peppers
4)    Drizzle soy sauce and Tabasco sauce over cabbage.
5)    Sprinkle salt and pepper on top & let it sauté for 10-12 minutes while stirring frequently.
6)    Serve hot, cold or at room temperature.  !

Recipe Options:  Try without cooking.
