Potato Rolls


POTATO ROLLS
(Phase 1 Friendly!)

Prep time: 1 minute               Cook Time: 8-10 minutes       Serving size: 8 mini rolls         Yields: 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:
1 packet IP Potato Puree
1 egg white
4 Tbsp water
½ tsp baking powder
1 pk Splenda or Truvia

DIRECTIONS:
1) Mix all of the above in a shaker cup or whisk together in a bowl
2) spoon/pour into a mini muffin tin
3) Bake for 8-10 minutes watch them carefully because they brown quickly
Dip in mustard or your favorite Walden Farms dips or dressings


IP Serving: Counts as 1 IP non-restricted food

Note: These can be used for Sloppy Joes as well!
