Veggie Omlette


VEGGIE OMLETTE
(Phase 1 Recipe)


Prep time:  min        Cook time:  min        Serving Size: 1 serving vegetables        Yields:  1 omelet                 

INGREDIENTS:


Celery
Scallions
Brocolli
Mushrooms
Tomato
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
3 Tbsp Onion Powder
4 Tbsp Onion (minced)
10 oz Hot water
1 packet IP Cheese and Fine Herbs mix
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 packet Splenda
Olive Oil Spray



DIRECTIONS:
1)    Chop vegetables and sauté in non-stick pan until desired consistency
2)    Add 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder and 1Tbsp Onion Powder
3)    Mix 1 packet Cheese and Fine Herbs packet with water, add 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder, 2 Tbsp Onion Powder, 3 Tbsp Onion, and Baking Powder and Splenda.
4)    Spray pan and cook omlette mixture on medium heat, both sides evenly
5)    Add vegetable mixture onto omlette, fold and enjoy

Recipe Options:
1)    Add as many vegetables as you like
2)    Add Walden Farms Basalmic Dressing to vegetable mixture before adding to omlette
